MANILA, Philippines — Train services on the Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT-1) were temporarily limited due to an electrical fault between Redemptorist-Aseana Station and Baclaran Station, the Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) announced Wednesday morning.
In a Facebook advisory, the LRMC said trains are currently operating only between Gil Puyat Station and Fernando Poe Jr. Station, and vice versa.
“Our engineering team is currently on-site, actively addressing an electrical fault located between Redemptorist-Aseana Station and Baclaran Station,” the LRT-1 private operator added.
